Do you feel: like you have no good coping skills for coping with stress? tired, dragging, and overall exhausted? like food is ruling your life? trapped in a depression? like you are constantly thinking about your body, food, and/or how other’s see you? like you are comparing yourself to others? anxious about everything? consumed by thoughts of striving for perfection?
I can help. I specialize in eating disorders, anxiety and depression.
Eating Disorder, Anxiety and Depression Treatment
Its scary when your child or teen is showing symptoms of disordered eating, anxiety, or depression. It can feel just as scary when you, the parent, are not sure what to do. Not only will I work directly with your child/teen to explore, evolve, and overcome their struggles, I will work with you, the parent as well to help you be better equipped to support your child or teen. I offer both individual and family sessions dedicated to helping to foster maximum support and resources for your family.
It can feel lonely, confusing, and exhausting to have gone through life struggling with disordered eating, anxiety, and/or depression. Or maybe this is something that is rather new. Either way, I will work with you to explore, evolve, and heal those dark spaces and help you to change cognitions and behaviors all aimed at developing a life worth living for you. All I ask is that you are willing to work and embrace this journey towards optimal wellness.
As a therapist, I strive to help people make new discoveries about themselves and what helps them overcome the obstacles they face. My clients trust me to guide them on their journey to achieve the goals they set for themselves. As someone who understands the transformative power of therapy, I’m passionate about learning, listening, and bringing balance and wellness to the lives of my clients.
I enjoy working with people from all walks of life, and if you or someone you love is going through a difficult time of disordered eating, depression, or anxiety, please contact me to set up a consultation.
