Adult Unplug Retreat (ages 18 and up)

December 8th, 2018, 2pm-5pm

Join us for a day of unplugging, relaxing, and de-stressing as we soak into self-care practices such as yoga, meditation, art, and pampering. (Cost: $150)

Girl’s Empowerment Retreat (ages 12-17)

November 11th, 2018, 8am-4pm. 

Join us as we come together to learn about topics ranging from anxiety to social media, from bullying to depression. Learn skills, strategies, and ways to handle tough emotions. Grow, heal, and evolve through psychoeducation, processing, and art. Registration is now open. (Cost $250)

Empowerment Retreat Agenda

Girls Self Esteem Group (ages 13-17)

Begins October 11th, 2018, 7pm-7:45pm

This group is designed to help young ladies learn about body image and self esteem, to gain a greater sense of self, to stop engaging in self destructive behaviors, to learn about health at every size, to accept themselves, and to gain a sense of empowerment.

All girls are accepted from ages 13-17 (other ages are accepted on a case-by-case basis). The group is offered weekly on Thursday’s for 10 weeks. The group’s are small, so please be mindful that group attendance each week is encouraged.

Girls that are accepted are those struggling with body image, self esteem, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, self harm, and trauma. Enrollment is still OPEN. 

DBT Skills Group for Adults (18-up, males and females)

Begins December 3rd, 2018, 6pm-7pm

This group is aimed at helping individuals regulate their emotions, respond effectively, reduce impulsivity and self destructive behaviors, as well as monitor, manage and reduce problematic symptoms.

The group is 10-week group and meets every Monday from 6-7pm. The group covers the following modules: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness.

The group’s targeted population is for those with:

  • suicidal ideation and/or attempts
  • self harm behaviors
  • anxiety
  • depression
  • disordered eating
  • substance abuse
  • overwhelming emotions (intense emotions)
  • impulsive behavior
  • anger
  • and emotional dysregulation

Registration is NOW OPEN.

Eating Disorder’s Support Group (all ages)

Wednesdays, 7pm-7:45pm (must sign up in advance to attend)

This support group is FREE and welcome to anyone struggling with any symptoms of disordered eating, body image, or related stressors. The group meets every Wednesday from 7-8pm.  Males and Females welcome.
